How to make a reservation?
Reservations can be made through the above reservation form or by directly sending an email to info@bikerski.pl.
While sending email, please provide the following details:
- Name
- Phone number
- Bicycle model
- Date of rental
- Approximate time of rental
- Planned rental period
Do I need any documents to rent a bike?
An ID card or passport is required to rent a bicycle.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a deposit of 300 PLN is required. The deposit is paid in cash and is returned on the day of return of the bicycle.
Who can rent a bicycle?
A bicycle can be rented by an adult.
What is the equipment of the rented bike?
Each bicycle is equipped with lighting, a bell and a bicycle lock.
Where can I rent / return a bicycle?
The address for renting as well as returning the bicycle is the same: bikerski, 60 Dworcowa Street, building C, 44-100 Gliwice.
At what times is it possible to rent a bicycle?
Normally, the rental desk is open Monday – Friday from 12:00 to 18:00 and on Saturdays from 10:00 to 16:00. If you would like to pick up / return the bicycle in a different time slot, please contact us.
